What is your lead time?
For most bouquets, we only require a 24-hours lead time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, our team will contact you within 12 hours after order submission.

Delivery Timeframe
At check out, you will be asked to select your preferred delivery timeslot:
9am-5pm
7pm-10pm
For specific timeframe, please contact us at welcome@finevinessg.com / +65 82334531 with your order number and let us know your preferred time slot. We require a minimum of 3-hour timeframe, eg, 1pm-4pm / 2pm-5pm
T&Cs
Pls ensure the receiver will be present at the selected time and address. If receiver is not in, we will pass the bouquet to anyone who is able to accept on behalf, eg, receptionist/family members. If no one is ava, courier will leave it at the doorstep and a photo proof of delivery will be sent to you. We will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the receiver not being present to receive the bouquet.
Re-delivery/Wrong Address
Please write to us at least 24 hours before delivery to amend order. A re-delivery fee of $15 may be charged if you have a last-minute change of address.

How long can the flowers last?
Fresh flowers can last 2-3 days in a bouquet, up to 2 weeks in a vase. Keep bouquet upright and away from sunlight and heat
Preserved flowers can last up to 2 years
How do I care for my flowers?
Fresh flowers: Cut stem at an angle and change water daily. Store away from heat and sunlight. Keep in a well-ventilated space.
Preserved flowers: NO WATER REQUIRED. Store away from heat, moisture and sunlight. Keep in a well-ventilated space.
